What we will and will not say
We will say eczema-prone, psoriasis-prone, and dermatitis-prone when families ask. We will not say we treat, cure, or heal those conditions. If a flare is infected, spreading, or a child is miserable, see a doctor.
Use this cream as the daily moisturiser in a routine your clinician already knows. Do not stop a prescribed steroid because a website sold you a tube.
Why this formula
No added perfume — perfume is a common itch trigger. Steroid-free, because this is a moisturiser. Honey plus lanolin, not a chemist emulsion and not a leaf-oil balm. Patch test — some people cannot use lanolin. The ingredients page lists marine collagen as well.
Family use
One tube on the bench for adults and kids, once you have patch-tested. Keep it out of eyes. Reapply on hands after washing. Night-time on itchy shins is the usual habit.

Can I use this if my skin is eczema-prone?
Many of our customers have dry, itchy, eczema-prone skin. The cream is fragrance-free and steroid-free. It is a moisturiser, not a medicine. Patch test first. See a doctor if a flare needs medical care.
What about psoriasis-prone or dermatitis-prone skin?
The same cream is used by families on dry, sensitive skin, including psoriasis-prone and dermatitis-prone areas. We do not sell it as a treatment. If you need a diagnosis or a prescribed cream, talk to your GP or pharmacist.
Is it safe for children?
Families use it on kids and adults. Patch test. Keep it away from eyes. If a child has a severe flare, get medical advice before you change their routine.
Does it replace hydrocortisone?
No. Do not stop a prescribed steroid because of a moisturiser. Use this as a daily cream on dry, itchy skin. Follow your clinician on anything medicated.
