Australia

Tracked post to Australia is NZ$19.90, charged in New Zealand dollars. Stripe converts to Australian dollars at their rate at checkout. There is no free-shipping threshold on AU orders. Choose Australia in the cart so Stripe only accepts an Australian address.

International

Tracked post outside NZ and Australia is NZ$29.90, charged in New Zealand dollars. Stripe converts to your local currency at their rate at checkout. There is no free-shipping threshold. Pick your country in the cart so Stripe only accepts that address. We do not ship to the United States.

Returns

If it does not agree with your skin, email us within 14 days. Unopened tubes: full refund. Opened tubes: we will replace or refund. No “at our discretion” runaround.
