Wellswood Limited operates wellswoodskincare.co.nz. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data.

What we collect

Orders: when you buy, our payment provider Stripe collects your payment, billing and shipping details. We receive your name, email, address and order contents — never your full card number.
Contact and newsletter forms: the name, email address and message you send us.
Analytics: Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) records anonymised usage information such as pages visited and approximate region.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To answer questions you send through the contact form.
To send newsletter updates you explicitly subscribed to.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes. Newsletter and contact emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Email hello@wellswoodskincare.co.nz and we will action it promptly.
