Our founder Lee-Anne developed severe dermatitis on her hands — dry, inflamed, cracked and bleeding — and every cream the doctors suggested was oily, greasy, and didn’t work. For hands that work

Lanolin closely mimics your skin’s own oils, so it holds water in the skin instead of sitting on top. Manuka honey UMF 20+ brings its famous antibacterial support. Vitamin E helps repair. No added perfume — fragrance is a common trigger for sore hands.

Is it greasy?
No. It is a rich cream, but it is non-greasy and fast absorbing — warm a small amount between your fingers and press it in. You can get back to the keyboard, the steering wheel or the dishes straight away.
How often should I apply it?
Reapply after every hand wash, and last thing at night. Hands take the most punishment of any skin — little and often beats a big blob once a day.
My hands are cracked and bleeding. Will this fix them?
It is a moisturiser, not a medicine. It was literally developed for hands in that state — our founder's dermatitis cracked and bled — and it comforts and moisturises dry, damaged skin. If the skin is infected or spreading, see a doctor.
Is it a barrier cream?
Lanolin closely resembles your skin's own oils and forms a protective layer that helps keep moisture in and irritants out — but it is a moisturiser, not an industrial barrier cream.
